Pallet racking is a material handling storage aid system designed to store materials on pallets. Our pallet racking allow for the storage of palletized materials in horizontal rows with multiple levels.
Forklift trucks are usually an integral part of any pallet rack system as they are usually required to place the loaded pallets onto the racks for storage. Different ailse widths are required for different types of forklift trucks.

Pallet racking:

All our racking come in different heights and depths to suit any requirement.

The basic system comprises braced vertical frames with interconnecting horizontal loads beams. Each frame consists of two columns bolted together with cross braces and base plates to form a ‘girder’. There are a vast number of accessories to extend the versatility of the racking.

Versatile:
Assembly of the First Pallet Racking System is simple and robust. The connectors of the beams attach to the uprights, which have punched perforations.

Strong:
Uprights are creased six times cold rolled, so raising the yield point. Specially designed connector studs distribute the load evenly thus reducing stress on the perforations.

All components are made from Graded Steel.

Safe:
Locking-pins and mechanism guard against accidental raising of the beams by forklift.

Finish:
All components are coated in epoxy powder and baked in an oven to give high quality scratch-resistant surface.

Extra features:
Our racking structures can also be used to create open- or multi-tier mezzanine floors.
