Light Racking

Light duty racking is used for awkward or bulky loads. It is ideal for order picking or bulk storage; the light racking can also be designed for single, multi-tier or high rise applications.
A comprehensive range of frames and beams accommodates a wide range of loading requirements and is complimented by a choice of materials which can be specified to meet specific needs.
It provides the best preconditions: flexible in operation, easily adjustable and easily configurable.

A very successful system within every industry field it is also installed in warehouses, archives, workshops, stores, etc. making it suitable for the availabe space and type of product being stored.

LIGHT DUTY RACKING

Design

The light duty racking is easy to assemble and can easily be relocated. All levels are easily adjustable.

There are two types of beams available:
• Step beam – decking sits flush inside beam
• Tube beam – decking sits on top of beam

All beam levels are fully adjustable in 50 mm increments.

Recommended maximum load: 350 kg – 750 kg per level UDL

Finishes: Epoxy powder-coated or Pre-Galvanised.

Different types of decking can be used on the beam levels:
• Pine decking
• Pre-Galvanised steel decks
• Melamanie decking
• Plus any other boards

Bays are available in various lengths:
• 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2100 mm & 2400 mm

Shelves are available in various depths:
• 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm & 900 mm
